Yes, I use AI. I'd be worried if your business didn't.
So ChatGPT is running your life and Claude has pretty much built your website. But now what?
We provide strategy, storytelling and creative marketing for businesses with something worth saying. We embrace technology, but we don't outsource our thinking to it.
Tell me what you're working onHuman-led. AI-enabled. Rosy-powered.
Every AI tool you've used was trained on ideas real people had first — the instincts, stories and judgement built up over years of actually doing the work. So when the algorithm hands you fifty options, remember: it's people, not prompts, that got there first. Work with the source, not the remix.
get in touchI bring judgement built from 18 years of seeing campaigns, brands, customers, PR, retail, e-commerce and media from different angles.
Strategy, positioning, audiences and campaign ideas.
Content, copy, film, photography, social and audio.
PR, communications, thought leadership and storytelling.
Ongoing marketing support, campaigns and outsourced marketing.
We ask questions, listen, interview, notice things and understand the people behind the business.
We don't just generate ideas. We decide which ideas are worth pursuing.
We go out and find the stories, people, footage, photographs and moments that give marketing substance.
We're interested in the business problem before the marketing output.
We don't disappear after delivering a strategy document. We can plan it, write it, film it, publish it, promote it and measure it.
I've spent more than 18 years working in marketing, communications, PR, e-commerce and content, with brands including Jaguar, BMW, MINI, Sainsbury's and JD Williams. For nearly a decade, I've also been running Everything's Rosy – helping businesses work out what they want to say, who they want to say it to and how best to get themselves heard.
These days you'll usually find me on the beach in Spain, or back home in Derbyshire when the grey sky calls. I make podcasts, talk far too much on the radio, and genuinely like finding out what makes people and businesses tick — which, it turns out, is most of the job!
This brand doesn't hide its founder.
We love to help brands tell better stories, build stronger communities and create marketing that not only delivers real business results, but genuinely reflects who they are. Over the last decade we've worked with international schools, healthcare providers, property brands, hospitality businesses, wellness companies, construction manufacturers and start-ups across the UK and Spain.
Our work combines strategy, creativity and delivery — indeed, we often act as an outsourced marketing department, PR team, content studio and communications partner all in one.
Lady Elizabeth School is a leading British international school on the Costa Blanca, serving students from early years through to sixth form. Working closely with the school's leadership team, admissions, marketing and teaching superstars, we are responsible for creating engaging content that strengthens relationships with existing families and supports student recruitment and the school's broader brand objectives. We have also dipped our toes into teaching media and music at the LES summer camp, after which we decided we'd leave that bit to the experts!
Through strategic content planning and consistent brand messaging, we create social media campaigns, property launch content, promotional copy and lifestyle-focused features that position Lucas Fox as both a premium real estate agency and a trusted guide to luxury living in Spain. Working closely with photography and video assets, we create content that reflects the elegance, sophistication and attention to detail that are synonymous with the Lucas Fox brand. We've also had a brush with fame, assisting popular TV show A Place in the Sun with properties and filming locations.
Made in Spain is a travel and lifestyle podcast exploring Spain's culture, food, luxury experiences and hidden gems through engaging conversations and storytelling. The podcast was created to showcase a more authentic and sophisticated side of Spain, appealing to travellers, expats and those interested in Spanish culture and lifestyle. As producer and creative lead, I was responsible for the end-to-end development and production of the podcast, overseeing every aspect of the brand, from concept to shoot and publication... and of course the tapas and vino!
Commissioned by Waterways World magazine, we've had the incredibly hard task of travelling across France and Portugal to review some of Europe's most iconic inland waterways over the past few years. As well as copious amounts of wine and cheese we have produced long-form travel features that combine destination journalism, boating experiences, local culture and practical travel advice for readers considering holidays afloat.
Working within the construction, landscaping and built environment sectors, I developed thought leadership articles, technical features and media-ready content designed to position senior leaders and brands as authoritative voices within their industries. My role involved translating complex subjects such as construction policy, infrastructure delivery, product specification, sustainability, public realm design and building safety into clear, engaging content for industry audiences. The resulting articles secured coverage in leading trade publications, helping to raise brand profile and influence conversations across the sector.
